Layout overview

The DGbot admin panel has three zones: the sidebar on the left, the main content area in the centre, and the top bar at the top.

Dashboard — Your home screen. Shows active conversations, recent training activity, and credit balance at a glance.

Sources — Where you manage all training data. Each source (website, PDF, FAQ) appears as a card with a status badge: Processing, Ready, or Error.

Conversations — A full log of all chat conversations. Filter by date, status (open, resolved, handed off), or search by visitor message content.

Inbox — The live handoff queue. Conversations where a visitor requested a human agent appear here. Accept a conversation to join the chat in real time.

Analytics — Charts and metrics: message volume, top questions, answer confidence scores, handoff rate, and lead capture rate.

Self-learn — DGbot's improvement queue. After human handoffs, DGbot extracts potential FAQ improvements and lists them here for your review. Approve or reject each suggestion.

Settings — All bot configuration in one place:

  • General — name, welcome message, tone, system prompt
  • Suggested replies — the quick-reply chips that appear in the widget
  • AI model — choose your LLM (GPT-4o mini, GPT-4o, Claude Haiku, Claude Sonnet)
  • Embed — your chatbot ID and the embed script
  • Handoff — configure when and how the bot escalates to a human
  • Integrations — connect Shopify, configure tools, set up custom API actions

Deploy — Embed code and deployment options. Also shows which domains the widget is active on.

Billing — Credits, plan details, invoices, and payment methods.


Top bar

The top bar shows:

  • Chatbot selector — if you have more than one chatbot, switch between them here
  • Preview — open a live preview of the widget without leaving the admin panel
  • Notifications — bell icon shows incoming handoff requests and system alerts
  • Account — profile, settings, and log out
