Download invoices, manage payment methods, and understand your billing history.

Invoices

All invoices are available in Billing → Invoices.

The Invoices tab lists all past charges with download links.

Each invoice includes:

  • Invoice number and date
  • Line items (plan subscription, top-up purchases)
  • Tax breakdown (GST for Indian customers)
  • PDF download link

Download an invoice: Click the PDF icon next to any invoice to download. Invoices are available immediately after each charge.


Payment methods

Manage your saved payment methods in Billing → Payment methods.

You can save:

  • Credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
  • UPI (Indian customers only)

Add a payment method:

1. Go to Billing → Payment methods and click Add new

2. Enter your card or UPI details

3. The payment method is saved and set as default

Change the default method: Click Set as default next to the method you want to use for future charges.

Update before your billing date
If your card expires, update it before the next billing cycle to avoid a failed charge. Failed charges result in a 48-hour grace period, after which your plan is downgraded to Free.

Payment gateways

DGbot uses different payment gateways based on your location:

Your billing currency is set when you first subscribe and cannot be changed without contacting support.


Billing cycle

Subscriptions renew monthly on the same date you first subscribed. For example, if you subscribed on the 15th, your plan renews on the 15th of each month.

  • Plan credits reset on the renewal date
  • Top-up credits never expire — they persist until consumed
  • Invoices are generated within 24 hours of each charge
