What's coming
Brand color customisation
Set a primary color that matches your brand. The widget launcher, header, and send button all update automatically.
Logo & avatar
Upload your company logo or a custom bot avatar. Appears in the widget header and message bubbles.
Position & size
Choose widget position (bottom-right, bottom-left, or centre). Adjust the launcher button size.
Custom CSS
For advanced customisation, inject custom CSS that overrides any widget style.
In the meantime
Name and tone already reflect your brand
While full visual customisation is in Phase 2, you can already shape how your bot feels through its name, tone setting, and welcome message.
