Choosing a plan

Free — Start here for evaluation. The 1,000-credit monthly limit is enough for testing but not for production traffic.

Starter — Right for most small businesses deploying a single customer support or lead generation bot. 10,000 credits supports approximately 1,000–5,000 conversations per month depending on message length.

Pro — Right when you need multiple bots (e.g., different bots for different products or brands), or when you need custom API actions and higher volume.

Business — Right for agencies managing multiple client bots, or businesses with very high conversation volume.

BYOK — Right for developers who already have OpenAI or Anthropic API keys and want to use their own usage limits and pricing.

Change your plan

Open Billing → Change plan

Go to Billing in the admin panel and click the Change plan tab.

Select your new plan and confirm

Click the plan you want. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

Downgrading removes features

If you downgrade from Pro to Starter, custom API actions are disabled immediately. Custom domains remain active until the end of the current billing period.
