XL500,000$300
3
Complete payment

Pay via credit card or UPI (Indian customers). Top-up credits are added to your balance immediately after payment.

Auto top-up

Auto top-up automatically purchases a credit block when your balance falls below a threshold — preventing service interruption without manual monitoring.

1
Enable auto top-up

In Billing → Credits & top-up, toggle on Auto top-up.

2
Set the threshold and block size
  • Trigger threshold — Auto top-up fires when your balance falls below this number
  • Block size — Which credit block to purchase automatically

Recommended settings for most plans:

  • Trigger threshold: 20% of your monthly plan credits
  • Block size: Medium (25,000 credits)
3
Confirm the payment method

Auto top-up charges your saved payment method. Verify it's current before enabling.

Verify your payment method is valid
If auto top-up triggers but the payment fails (expired card, insufficient funds), your bot will go offline when credits hit zero. Check your payment method in Billing → Payment methods.

What happens at zero credits

When your credit balance reaches zero:

1. Conversations in progress — The bot stops responding mid-conversation. Visitors see "Our assistant is temporarily unavailable."

2. New conversations — The widget still opens but the bot cannot generate responses.

3. Handoff — Human handoff still works if your team is available in the inbox.

Top up immediately to restore service. There is no grace period once credits hit zero.
